There are NO deductibles, NO monthly premiums - just one affordable annual fee. Included in your annual membership:
- 2 dental cleanings and exams/consultations (adult/child prophylaxis)
- X-rays (Panorex, Full Mouth Series, Bitewings, or Periapical)
- Complete oral evaluation and hygiene education
- Oral cancer screening
- Up to two (2) emergency exams with x-rays
- 15% discount off all other procedures at our office
- Fluoride as needed (no age restriction)
