About Sanctuary Rescue

Sanctuary Rescue is a foster-based rescue organization right here in our community. They specialize in saving dogs who often get overlooked: puppies who need round-the-clock care, seniors who deserve to live out their golden years in comfort, orphans without mothers, and dogs with special medical or emotional needs. Instead of housing dogs in a facility, Sanctuary Rescue relies on a network of foster families who open their homes and hearts to these animals. Each dog receives medical care, training, and love while waiting to be adopted into a permanent family. This model not only reduces stress for the animals but also helps them thrive in a home environment from the very start.

The work of Sanctuary Rescue doesn’t stop at providing food, shelter and forever homes for dogs. Their team also educates the community about responsible pet ownership. They’re committed to ensuring that every dog has the opportunity to experience safety, love, and belonging.

We’re proud to use our office as a collection point for donations that help Sanctuary Rescue continue their mission. The pet items that make the biggest impact include:

New, unopened dog food (especially puppy formulas)
